Just ran into this same issue

User worked before, was upgraded to Win7 x64. I tried renaming the workspace folder already. In fact I deleted the cache and went with a fresh names.nsf, bookmark.nsf and workspace folder at various times. Nothing changed the behavior.

Even upgraded her to 8.5.2 - no fix pack, won't bother with that until I can determine it there is a FP with a fix for this.

I hadn't tried F9 as a "work around" just switched her to basic as that doesn't experience the issue.

I'm going to open a PMR. It's definitely a bug. Oddly I'm running Win7 x64 myself and don't have that issue. We've got several systems with that configuration, a variety of laptops, but this is the first to lose the send/send and file.../save as draft and reply to all text.
